• Presented to diverse audiences over 25 times at Kyoto University, Kyoto Institute of Technology, Senshu University in Tokyo, National Taiwan University (NTU), Hack Osaka, Japanese Government Scholarship Event for new MEXT Scholars, and University of San Francisco.

• Wrote, edited, and managed blogs, case studies, sales collateral, sales enablement materials, messaging guides, executive summaries, product data sheets, press releases, user personas, and more. Generated 50% of leads through gated content.

• Developed an editorial calendar from scratch and made it accessible to 400+ people internally. Wrote company-wide emails to 400+ employees 2x a month to share victories, and latest content.

• Drove global, cross-functional collaboration efforts to effectively combine disparate content with new branding, post M&A. Praised by the CEO on multiple occasions for accomplishing a major website revamp in only 1 month.

• Spearheaded the creation of the company’s mission and vision statements, earning buy-in from executives and the entire company.

• Headed rebranding and re-organization of content into an easily searchable, comprehensive, and simplified Knowledge Center.

• Led content management with an editorial calendar that aligned content with company products. Developed SEO best practices and launched SEO-optimized, evergreen content on new landing pages.

• By executing extensive research, creating user-centered content, with a detailed user flow of Electronic Medical Records, our company was awarded a multi-million dollar client.

• Managed multi-million dollar client accounts by guiding them through product development, proactively following-up, developing timetables, setting deadlines, and conducting meticulous project management. Increased project revenue by $150K.

• Developed web and print assets such as blogs, case studies, data sheets, training materials, user guide manuals, user stories, buyer personas, best practice research, video scripts, course outlines, and executive summaries.
